Laura Faith is proud to have co-founded Heiress Productions. In addition to producing theatre and film, Laura has worked as an actress and sketch comedy performer. For many years, Laura enjoyed working with NYU medical students as a Communications Educator and Standarized Patient. Laura is a graduate of Gordon College and also attended the British American Drama Academy in London.

Mary Willis has always had a deep love for theatre and music, and enjoyed working on and off stage in numerous capacities, which lead her to found Heiress Productions. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Catskill Mountain Shakespeare, a non-profit focused on providing accessible theatre to residents and visitors of the Catskills. 

Volunteer work has been an integral part of Mary Willis' life. She is a member of Brooklyn Law School’s Women’s Leadership Circle, St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s Annual Fund Cabinet, and has been a long-time member of the New York Junior League.

Mary Willis is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate Department of Raines Feldman Littrell LLP, a nationally recognized, multi-practice law firm. She is a graduate of Shenandoah Conservatory and Brooklyn Law School.

Amanda Meyer

Art Director

Amanda graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2004 and has been working in the field of motion graphics ever since. She has affectionately been involved with Heiress from the beginning, and has enjoyed designing production posters and other graphic needs.

She currently lives in Colorado with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs. She enjoys soaking up all the sunshine and outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, and also learning martial arts along with her kids. Since her career and parenting take up all of her time, she’s happy to have found a career, as a production art director, that she enjoys as well as seeing the world through her children’s eyes as they figure out who they are.

Kelly is a New York City/Southeast based actor and writer who's work has been seen on stages from Los Angeles to London. In NYC, Kelly has appeared off-Broadway, including two productions with Heiress (Belles, Thirds). Kelly was honored to receive Weathervane Theatre's (NH) first play commission, and that play (Primary) is in continuing development. Her other plays can be found on New Play Exchange, and she is online at kellystrandemo.com. Kelly holds a BFA in Music Theatre from NKU, and Master's Degree in Classical Acting from the LAMDA. Kelly lost her father and grandmother to cancer in the same year, and is a fervent advocate for cancer research and prevention.

Colleen Castle

Colleen Castle is a Brooklyn-based independent producer. She is currently in pre-production on HOPE WAS HERE, a feature film adaptation of the Newberry honored, New York Times Best Seller young adult novel. Prior to film production, she was an Account Director at Ogilvy, one of the largest and most reputable marketing & communications agencies, where she led teams in client services, brand building, creative campaign development, and commercial production across a range of global and domestic B2B and B2C clients. Whether on stage, through film or in brand campaigns, she is continually inspired and driven by storytelling as the most powerful way to connect to our humanity and to move hearts and change minds.

Debra Ann Register

Debra is a theatre director, playwright and arts educator working in NYC for over 25-years. Her love of teaching combined with her passion for the arts inspires her creative take on teaching English as a second language and facilitating corporate trainings in emotional intelligence and personal happiness skills. She recently began teaching creative writing workshops at local museums which utilize art as inspiration for creative storytelling.  Her work, most importantl,y empowers others to release judgement and free their unique creative ideas to live passionately in business, and in life.

Stephen Bailey

 

Stephen Bailey is a Brooklyn and Athens, GA based independent film producer, financier, and consultant. To date, he has worked as a producer and/or financier on more than 15 feature films with budgets ranging from $1m - $100m. He was a co-producer on BURDEN (Sundance Audience Award Winner 2018), an executive producer on the documentary STRANGE NEGOTIATIONS (SXSW 2019), and co-financed the pandemic themed LOCKED DOWN (Max 2021). Prior to his work in film, he spent a decade in marketing, content creation, and business development. He is currently in pre-production on three independent features MY DAUGHTER KEEPS OUR HAMMER, CRACKERJACK, and KENTUCKY HORROR. Stephen holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Georgia and an MA in Media Studies from The New School.

Sheila Healy

Sheila currently works at the London Stock Exchange Group in NY as Director, Transformation

Portfolio and Program Governance, after working in heritage companies Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters in program management roles.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Sheila worked at Goldman Sachs in NY, Utah and NJ in project management and finance roles. She has her MBA in International Business from Rutgers University and Doctorate in Management and

International Business from Pace University. After Sheila’s mother died from lung cancer and a brain tumor, she became involved in cancer

organizations. Since joining Heiress, her father also died from cancer.

Sheila is a cancer survivor and knows the effects of cancer not only as a patient but on a family.

Sheila is thrilled to help Heiress Productions with their mission to help other families dealing with cancer.

Gale Kroeger

 

Gale Kroeger is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Hedley May, a global executive search

firm of which she was a founding member in 2009. Previously she worked as a Managing

Director in corporate and commercial banking. Gale has served on the Mount Sinai Auxiliary Board in various capacities including Secretary, VP and President; on the Board of Directors of the New York Junior League; and the Board of Heiress. She is a theater buff who also loves playing golf and tennis.
